Fad Diet? No Thank You!

What that means is, if your goal is to lose weight, it takes 20% of what you do in the gym and 80% of what you consume in your diet. There are many factors that affect weight loss: genetics, sleep, stress, environment, etc. However, your nutrition plays a major role with weight loss and overall health.

CSA: Butternut Squash!

Butternut squash is just so cozy. Doesn’t it immediately bring to mind sweaters, fall leaves, and squishy socks.

Cauliflower Renaissance! Nope, not my new band name although I do reserve the right to use it later. You’ve probably noticed that in the last 10 years or so, cauliflower’s marketing team has been hard at work: the formerly often-maligned crucifer has become rice, pizza crust, tortillas, tater tots, gnocchi, crackers, pretzels, pasta, wings…I’m sure the list goes on, but I’ve got a word limit
