‘Tis the season to get gains! This workout is modeled after the classic holiday song “The 12 Days of Christmas.” The workout is meant to be done in the same order as the song, meaning you will add an exercise to each round until you complete all 12 exercises in your final round. It will look like this:

Round 1: 20 second Plank

Round 2: 2 Burpees —> 20 second plank

Round 3: 3 Walking Lunges —> 2 Burpees —> 20 second plank
